I am a fully OFSTED-registered childminder and can provide original certification documents for parents to review during visits.

Yes, I hold comprehensive liability insurance specifically designed for childminders. This ensures that the children in my care are safeguarded, and I am fully covered to meet the highest professional standards.

Please feel free to call or message me at 07931 867302 to arrange a convenient time for your initial visit. Following this, we are happy to welcome parents back with their children to experience a typical working day, allowing your child to become familiar with the setting and their new friends.

If parents are unexpectedly delayed in collecting their child, I kindly ask that you notify me as soon as possible to avoid any concerns. I will ensure that your child is looked after until you arrive. However, should you be more than 15 minutes late, an additional charge will apply to cover staff costs. This policy ensures that we can continue to provide a high standard of care even in unforeseen circumstances.

Both my husband and I have undergone enhanced Criminal Record Bureau checks prior to the opening of Wynyard Tiny Tots. Additionally, Ofsted has conducted a thorough safety inspection of the premises and grounds, as well as verifying that my safety protocols and knowledge are up to standard. All toys and equipment used are of the highest quality, and regular risk assessments are carried out to maintain a safe environment. To ensure the children are familiar with emergency procedures, I conduct regular fire drills. This helps them understand the routine and ensures that we can evacuate the building swiftly and safely in the event of an emergency.

Children are provided with a diverse range of activities throughout the day, including creative play, numeracy and literacy-focused tasks, construction and problem-solving challenges, story time, dance and movement, as well as designated periods for rest and relaxation. Additionally, ample opportunities for free play are incorporated to encourage children to explore their creativity and imagination.
